About Steve

Since 1998 I’ve been passionate about listing and selling homes in the premium suburb of Remuera in New Zealand’s largest City, Auckland.  I’m the number two salesperson, at one of the top branches (Remuera) within Auckland’s most dominant real estate company (Barfoot & Thompson).  In 2008/2009 I was responsible for 1 in every 14 home sales in my suburb.

What excites me most about this business is the thrill of seeing people happy with the results I achieve for them.  When people feel that my service and results were outstanding value for their money, my job is done.

When Steve Koerber moved to Remuera in 1998 his goal was to become one of the suburb’s most recognisable names in real estate.  Since then Steve has helped hundreds of residents to buy and sell.  In some streets almost one third of the homeowners have dealt with him.  With such in-depth market knowledge, most of Steve’s clients are so thrilled with his efforts that they often recommend his services to friends and family.

Steve has worked hard to establish a solid reputation amongst his peers.  He regularly shares his knowledge freely at real estate conferences and seminars.  In May every year he attends the highly regarded Australasian Real Estate Conference (AREC) in Sydney.  Steve is always looking for ways to improve his service.

    Great to meet you and appreciate the opportunity of being able to deliver my “virgin presentation” from which I will benefit greatly.

    Not having presented for over 3 years, fabulous feedback I received suggests that the “message” is “on the money” and the presentation/delivery needs to be refined, tweeked and “de-ummed”

    After having a good read of your presentation and BLOG, all I can say is…”I’m seriously impressed” with how you go about running “Steveco” and can learn a lot from your MO.
